Workshop Policies

Photography Release

By attending our workshop, you grant Scarlet Crane permission to capture photos and videos during the event. These images may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us upon arrival.

Parking

Parking is available on the Southeast side of the building. Please allow extra time to find parking and arrive promptly.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before the workshop will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made 3-6 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the workshop are non-refundable.

• If the workshop is canceled by Scarlet Crane due to unforeseen circumstances, all participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Accessibility & Accommodations

We strive to make our workshops accessible to all attendees. If you require accommodations, such as seating arrangements or assistance, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance, and we will do our best to meet your needs.
