ORDERS – All orders placed with the Detroit Collection are subject to acceptance and availability. Scarlet Crane offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch within five working days. Any products that are made to order will be stated as such and a dispatch timeframe will be confirmed.

PRICING – Prices are subject to change. Please note that international prices may change if the currency exchange rate changes before your order is accepted.

PAYMENT –  Payment is required prior to dispatch of your goods. All transactions are processed using PayPal. If you are unable to process your payment using this method, please contact us at info@scarletcrane.com.

SHIPPING – All shipping of Scarlet Crane products is via registered USPS. If you require a courier service please contact us via info@scarletcrane.com.

PRODUCT REFUNDS –  If for some reason you are not happy with your Detroit Collection products please contact us at info@scarletcrane.com for an exchange or refund. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

WORKSHOP REFUNDS – Unfortunately we are unable to refund workshop bookings but you are more than welcome to send a friend along in your place. Please contact us at info@scarletcrane.com if you intend to do this.
